Machinery
The number of machines required depends on the volume and the type of house one wishes to produce but if one wishes to produce a two to three bedroomed home one would require six lines plus three moulds.
After the product comes out from the mould it goes onto forming mould where it is cooled to retain its shape.
Pulling table pulls the product at required and steady speed. The speed can be controlled by the control provider as required.
The cutting machine is designed to cut the required length of sheets either automatically or manually. Once cut, labour can collect and stack the product.
